Jan 21
We have one of those projects. You know, the kind that begin in, say, October, and linger into January. All complaining aside, I love our kitchen, and I love that the project is a labor of love. Every stick of lumber, every hinge and screw, every drawer and shelf was installed by Mr. Hands and my dad, who were supervised by Simon (see him at the bottom of the photo, right by Brian's legs?).

Remember that commercial, how many licks to the center of a Tootsie roll Tootsie pop? Well the real question is, how many re-cuts to a proper shelf size...
ReplyDeleteFor the record, it wasn't a good idea to let Simon take the measurements. A bit of a catastrophe, really!
