Berry-rific

Oh, this heat! What better thing to do than freeze fresh foods for later in the year? I have spent hours rinsing pounds and pounds of berries (cool water, of course!), and setting laden trays in the freezer. Checking the freezing process frequently is a perk-- I mean, necessary part of the procedure--, and tasting the icy fruit is required quality control.
