One tomato!?

This had better be the best tomato in the world.

How can there be one tomato on my plant? I don't have room for a whole bed of vegetables (and only I would eat them), so I just pot up one plant each of a few essentials, tomatoes most certainly falling in that category. Last year I had the most delicious Roma tomatoes. This year, I tried something different, "Early Red Chief." Mr. Time on Her Hands chose it, so at least I can say it wasn't my fault. But seriously, whoever heard of a tomato plant growing one tomato? That's not sauce, or even salsa. It's sort of insulting.
